• Holding examiners accountable for performance
• Scheduling regularly attended in-person claim reviews.

The Litigation Control Program was designed to secure proper legal representation on litigated claims by requiring the insurance carrier to utilize the services of a specific designated law firm. This is written into the service contract prior to ordering coverage. We are attempting to prevent the carriers from using inexpensive and inexperienced lawyers to represent our clients' interests.
